Sparrow Management Consultant believes in extremely high standards of service and we ensure that we provide our clients with the best consultancy services. Our fees are scaled in relation to the nature of consultancy we will be providing and the corresponding levels of complexity.
We evaluate the consultancy requirements, and agree defined parameters and flexible contract terms. Our individual models also take into consideration the level of skills and expertise provided by our Principal and or Associate Consultants.
Our fees is either as an hourly rate or as a one-time fixed consultancy assignment. For longer-term assignments, we are also happy to negotiate fees on a retainer and success/reward basis.
